What makes Proof so distinct is not just our commitment to our staff and community. Here at Proof we take a global view, curating libations from around the world that reflect our dedication to living in a sustainable and natural world. Each bottle, box or can carefully placed on our shelves is selected specifically for its quality and price, as well as its adherence to natural practices. This means you won't find a wine in our store that uses pesticides in its production, or any additives that stray from the traditional practices passed down through generations of careful wine production. Many of our wines also adhere to Biodynamic, Certified Organic and Sustainability certifications.

Consumer tastings every Thursday and Friday from 4:30PM-7:00PM let us get to know the neighbors, even those visiting us from around the world, and connect with wines and winemakers that might otherwise get overlooked.
